We collect the contact details you send us, such as your name, phone number, email address and the company you represent, together with the content of your messages.

We also collect basic technical information from your visit, including pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referring source.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver the work you engage us for, and keep records required for accounting and tax.

To improve the site and understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal data.

When we build or operate systems for you, the data inside those systems belongs to you. We process it under your instructions and only for the purpose of running the service agreed in writing.

We use service providers for hosting, messaging, analytics and payments. They receive only what they need to perform their function and are bound to protect it.

We disclose information when required by Indonesian law or a valid legal request.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you, and financial records for the period required by law. Beyond that we delete or anonymise.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
